Thank you for purchasing products from JPDiamond Company. We are America’s Fastest Liquidator and provider of quality insurance salvage, distressed merchandise and equipment directly to our customers. You can submit your policy agreement on online with the JPDiamond Policy Agreement Form.


Payment Policy:

When making purchases from JPDiamond Company, all products must be paid in full prior to shipping or pick up at our warehouse. This includes onsite liquidations we hold throughout the country. New York State sales tax may apply (for questions, please call (800) 276-1073 x237).

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover
  • PayPal (Must be verified and received prior to pickup)
  • Wire Transfer (Call 800-276-1073 x 221 for account information)
  • Certified funds payable to JPDiamond Company
  • Money Orders payable to JPDiamond Company

NOTE: All funds must be cleared prior to shipping/receiving merchandise.


Shipping Policy:

If your item(s) are not being shipped via UPS then you, the buyer has the option to contact a shipping carrier and arrange pickup from our warehouse (zip code 14733) or you can choose to use JPDiamond’s Shipping Services. To assist you with setting up your own shipping, the following carriers frequently pick up items from our warehouse loading dock:

All items shipped from JPDiamond are shipped FOB Point of Origin, Freight Prepaid and Allowed or Added. We are not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any damages to the merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. Items must be inspected at the time of delivery for any damage that may have occurred in transit. The driver and/or shipping company must be made aware of the damage at the time of delivery and a claim should be filed with the shipping company. This is the purchasers responsibility. Upon request, pictures will be provided to the buyer to document the condition of the item as it was when it left our warehouse.

JPDiamond Company does not offer refunds or discounts on items with shipping damage. We offer an optional warranty on any item for an additional fee. Call for details (800) 276-1073 x237.

Buyer’s signature is required for any item shipped valued over $ 100.00. Items will not be released from our warehouse until you agree to the JPDiamond Payment & Shipping Policy. By submitting your agreement you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions for your current order and all future shipments.
